
Have you ever wondered why consuming some food makes you feel tired and lethargic? For example, fatty food (animal products), sugary food, processed food (fast food, boxed food, frozen food), etc…What if I told you, these particular foods carry a low vibration which in return affect your vibration. Would you become more aware of the direct correlation between the food you decide to eat and the way it makes you feel? My goal is to show the correlation and what you need to know in order to vibrate higher!
what is vibration?
According to the Law of Vibration, everything in the Universe moves and vibrates. Nothing rests. Everything around us vibrates at one frequency or another AND so do we! The higher our vibration or brighter our light, we feel positive, loving, compassionate, and peaceful. The lower our vibration, we feel fear, anxiety, sadness, and depression. Many things affect our vibration including, thoughts, words, actions, and food. Therefore, this must be a lifestyle change versus something with an expiration date such as a “diet”. In other words, our well-being depends on the consistency of our vibration! Albert Einstein said, “Concerning matter, we have all been wrong. What we have called matter is energy, whose vibration has been so lowered as to be perceptible to the senses.There is no matter”. This means we “humans” are all ENERGY and this is a very powerful life hack when we fully comprehend the magnitude and learn how to apply it!
how food affects our vibration?
In reality, food is our main source of energy. Therefore, choosing food to fuel our body versus tear it down makes perfect sense to me! Especially since my goal is to vibrate higher! Raw, living, organic, local fruits and vegetables carry the highest vibration while meat and animal products carry the lowest vibration. However, because sea salt holds a high vibration, sea water fish have the highest vibration of all animal flesh. Yes, you are eating animal flesh when you eat meat. Furthermore, meat has a low vibration because of the way the animal is killed. During the slaughtering process, the animal goes into FEAR which goes into the vibration of the meat. Fear is a low vibration. Naturally, as we raise our vibration over time, the food we crave will change!
what we need to know…
Fatty processed foods are more difficult for the body to break down. Not to be confused with healthy fats that are good for the body. For example, extra virgin olive oil, avocados, and butter. Yes, butter! From grass-fed cows only though! Unless you’re a vegan. When I say “fatty food”, I mean processed, fried, boxed, frozen, fast, sugary convenient food! Stuff you can pop in a microwave and cook with plastic all over it OR drive thru food from places like Taco Bell, Mcdonalds, and Burger King! When we eat food like this, our body has to send more energy to the source of digestion. This in return makes you feel tired! However, if you eat like this on the regular, feeling tired is going to be the least of your worries…and vibrating low is inevitable!
Sugary Food causes our blood sugar to spike. The main culprits responsible include soda, sweets, fake from concentrate “fruit juice”, and processed food in boxes (cereal, pop-tarts, fruit snacks, etc). When our blood sugar shoots up after partaking in an afternoon of sugar consumption, in response, our pancreas floods the bloodstream with insulin. This would be known as the “sugar high”. However, what goes up, must come down! The insulin rapidly lowers the blood sugar. This triggers the “sugar crash“. Hence, causing a low vibration!
Processed food literally has little to NO nutritional value! Slick marketing from T.V. commercials has convinced many people otherwise. These “food like” products are made with chemicals, refined flour, sugar, and large amounts of sodium. The sodium not only makes this FAKE food taste better BUT most importantly extends its shelf life. Common sense tells me, “real food” is supposed to go bad! In my opinion, processed food is a filler and recipe for disease!
How to begin vibrating higher…
Like I said earlier, many things affect our vibration. However, this particular post is about vibration and the correlation with the food we eat! This is not complicated, it just requires getting back to the basics. For example, eating food that comes from the earth NOT a lab. Choosing food that doesn’t require labels. Supporting local farmers markets and locally grown food versus big corporations. Cooking your own food with love versus picking it up in a drive thru. Understanding that food in its most raw form carries the highest vibration. Being mindful if you do eat meat to bless it and be grateful for the sacrifice. This will help raise the vibration. Support farms that grass feed their animals and allow them to roam free! Choose NOT to support factory farms where animals are abused and pumped full of antibiotics and steroids. In other words, being more aware of the process of our food before it arrives on our plate. We have become disconnected from this process because we no longer grow our own food. We’ve depended on others to feed us because convenience has been our top priority without realizing the sacrifice to our overall well-being.

Broccoli, Kombucha (Probiotic), Wild Berries (organic blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, etc), Raw Cacao, Cilantro, Apple Cider Vinegar (Bragg’s organic), Medicinal Mushrooms, Good Water (Fiji), Pineapple, Watermelon, Beans, Green Tea, Nuts (walnuts, cashews, almonds, etc), bananas, and carrots are just a few of my favorites. Remember, this is a lifestyle change NOT an overnight transformation. Mentality plays a large role. Wanting to feel better to be better for myself and others is my “why”. What’s yours?
