
Could an ACIDIC PH level in the body be the CAUSE of multiple disease states? Dr. Otto Warburg believed so! Yet, many of his discoveries have been suppressed! Imagine that. He said “No disease including cancer, can exist in an alkaline environment.” Awesome, but what does this mean?
let’s start with the basics
Everyone has the ability to take their body from an acidic state to an alkaline state. For optimal health, the urine ph zone should be between 6.5-7.5. However, it’s not uncommon for the average American to test between 4ph and 5ph. Why is this? Mainly our diet and deficiency of GOOD water intake. The average American diet is highly acidic. Full of factory farmed meat and animal products, GMO’S, processed food, sugary food and drinks, chemicals, frozen convenient food, fast food, bad water, etc…you get the point! It’s time to wake up and see that blaming disease on genetics is a cop out! C’mon look at our diet! It’s time to get real! Our food is literally killing us! Not passed down diseased genetics! See how silly that sounds!
how does an acidic ph cause disease?
Oxygen deficiency within the cells. This eventually causes cell death and decay. In healthy alkaline bodies, the oxygen levels are high. This is the biggest threat to cancer. This was actually one of Dr. Warburg’s discoveries! However, in the absence of oxygen, sugar undergoes fermentation to lactic acid. This causes the ph of the cells to drop even lower. This creates the perfect environment for cancer and other disease to thrive! Nonetheless, the majority of doctors don’t even talk about diet with their patients, but are QUICK to prescribe a PILL. Why is this? Could medicine be more profitable than telling patients to eat a healthy alkaline leafy green plant based diet?! OR is it easier to take a pill versus changing bad habits?

SUGAR! Yes sugar! I’m sorry this may not be the best news for some, however, the truth is, SUGAR and CANCER are best friends. It actually feeds tumors and encourages cancer growth. In fact, cancerous cells uptake 10 times as much sugar then a normal healthy cell. In addition, SUGAR suppresses a vital immune response known as phagocytosis. This response is responsible for removing pathogens and cell debris. In other words, it’s kind of important to not suppress this response with SUGAR. In addition, sugar is a major contributor to the obesity epidemic. Furthermore, obesity is known to lead to a host of many other health issues such as diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart problems, etc. In reality, sugar creates a domino effect of destruction within the body. Sad BUT true.
the truth about alkalinity and disease
Like I said earlier, disease hates oxygen, especially cancer. In fact, it sounds so simple, yet this information has been suppressed by the medical industry because they want you to think it’s more complicated. They rely on our collective ignorance to profit billions of dollars per year for poison that is being pumped into our bodies. However, many people still choose to believe doctors that are being funded by the “industry” that creates the drugs. A 2-4 percent success rate for chemotherapy is hardly successful in my opinion. In fact, it’s highly unsuccessful! However, it’s the first treatment most doctors recommend immediately. It’s really unbelievable and treatment is clearly geared towards what’s most profitable NOT helping to heal people!
how to alkalize your body
Life is about balance. In other words, doing more good than bad for your body! I’m certainly not perfect, however my goal is to feel fantastic everyday. In order to do this, I understand the importance of fueling my body with oxygen rich food, exercise, and staying properly hydrated with quality water. Some of the most alkaline foods include; lemons, watermelon, avocados, celery, garlic, leafy greens, and cayenne pepper. It shouldn’t be overly complicated. Choosing “REAL” food that comes from the earth versus convenience in a package is the key point to remember. Next, I can’t stress enough the importance of exercise. This is one of the easiest ways to raise the oxygen levels in the blood. It literally ONLY takes 15 minutes of exercise daily to do this. In addition, exercise helps the body eliminate toxins specifically ones that have been trapped in the Lymphatic system. This system carries away and filters poisonous waste from the cells, organs, and tissues. However, this system does not have a pump like the heart. Therefore, in order to move this waste, exercise is imperative! Lastly, water helps to flush out toxins in our body, as well as, neutralize acidity.
In conclusion, I’m not claiming to have all the answers. However, to collectively change our reality from the current state of disease, we must start somewhere. Alkalizing the body can only help! Our current beliefs or lack of knowledge have gotten us nowhere. We can start by asking more questions versus only believing what we are told BY those we’ve believed to be credible!
