Vibration Observation

What if I told you, negativity can only affect you if you’re on the same frequency? When I heard this, it changed the game. In other words, this is one of the easiest indicators to help us assess our own vibration. Most importantly, let’s discuss why this is so important! 

Quick Reminder: The Law of Vibration is a Universal Law…

  • This law states that everything in the Universe moves, vibrates and travels in circular patterns. In the physical world, this applies to our thoughts, feelings, desires, and free will.

this is quantum physics, not my opinion…

Humans are made up of atoms. Quantum Physics has proved atoms are spinning vortices of energy constantly vibrating NOT physical matter. The universe responds to vibration. Meaning, we attract back what we put out. This energy can ONLY be seen when observed under a microscope. Since seeing is believing for most people, this could be why this concept is difficult to grasp. However, innately we feel it. For example, we’ve all used the term “good vibe” or “bad vibe”. We may have used this term to describe a particular person or a place. In reality, these “vibes” are the energy you feel. 

how we create our own reality, good or bad…

Many of us walk through life everyday in reactionary mode. I used to be guilty of this as well! In other words, we respond to what the world feeds or throws at us INSTEAD of waking up and choosing to create our day with clear intent. Being in reactionary mode confuses the universe, therefore, random life results become the outcome. This could be known as “good luck” OR “bad luck”. In reality, we CREATE our own luck! It’s not random or coincidental. Certain people aren’t favored as the universe only responds to sound and vibration.

this brings me to my point…

When we walk through life responding to circumstances beyond our control, we’re not tuned into one frequency. Instead, we’re lost somewhere in-between. This is the static before we find the station. This static or noise sends out different vibrations to the universe depending on your reaction to particular situations throughout the day. For example, feeling fear or anger from a news story, frustration or annoyance from being cut off in traffic, sadness or disbelief that people have the nerve to act a certain way, etc… Therefore, by not setting clear intentions daily, it’s tough to create the reality we really want. This is because our vibration is inconsistent day to day depending on how and what we choose to react to. Basically, to become a master creator of your own reality, you must become unfuckwithable with clear intent to fine tune your vibration to align with what you really want! 

why this is important…

Since the world is a mere reflection of what frequency you choose to tune to, realizing you’re in the driver seat of your life is the first step. Knowing you’re the sole creator allows you to consciously choose your attitude daily with the understanding that it determines what you’ll attract back. On the flip side, when we’re unaware we create our reality, we tend to let life live us. This can steal our happiness, joy, and zest for life. I know this because I’m speaking from experience. I used to spend my days reacting to injustices in the world. This was usually through social media by posting, commenting, and debating. The outcome of these situations were determining my vibration. This was usually negative, angry, frustrated, and annoyed. Meaning, I was nothing but static. My frequency wasn’t tuned because I had to adjust my receiver. The receiver being myself.

this is where it starts…

Mahatma Gandhi said, “Be the change you want to see in the world”

Ultimately, I had to move from being a reactor to life and receving random results to being a creator with clear vision. In addition, following this with action. Here are some things I started doing differently on this journey to manifesting my best life possible!

  • Having the awareness that I’m in control of my thoughts
  • Eliminating negative static
  • Mastering the difference between programmed thought and conscious thought 
  • Upon waking up in the morning, the first thing I do is for me VERSUS responding to the world…For example, meditating first before looking at my phone…This allows me to choose my vibration
  • Focused intent of being mindful and present everyday
  • Understanding nothing’s done to me, it’s done for me to grow and learn

In conclusion, since negativity can only affect you by being on the same frequency, I choose to VIBRATE higher. What do you choose?
